Price and reservation:

The prices and conditions indicated may vary in some periods, also due to seasonal variations. Prices include VAT.
The tourist tax is applicable for stays from 01/04 to 02/11 and must be paid in cash upon arrival. It is calculated at €3.00 per person per night.
Pets are NOT allowed.
The room is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.

Reservations via email, telephone, etc.:

When booking, an automatic email will be sent with confirmation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment of the stay is required at the time of booking.

The amount paid is considered a confirmatory deposit.

Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the total amount.
From 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
No-show: no refund.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
